Celigo alternative

Celigo is an iPaaS you configure. We're a team that runs your integrations for you.

An honest comparison of two different ways to own the connection between your systems — and when Celigo is the right answer instead.

What Celigo is

A product your team configures and monitors, not a team you hire.

Celigo's integrator.io is an iPaaS for connecting apps like Shopify and NetSuite: a low-code builder for custom flows, plus a managed, prebuilt Integration App for Shopify and NetSuite specifically that Celigo maintains and updates. Either way, configuration and day-to-day monitoring — on Celigo's own dashboard — are your team's job. Professional services are available to help with setup.

The actual difference

Two ways to own the connection between your systems.

  • Celigo — a product you configure and monitor

For Shopify and NetSuite, Celigo ships and updates a prebuilt Integration App; for anything else, you or a partner build the flow. Either way, your team owns configuration, monitoring, and fixing what breaks or falls outside it.

  • Adiom Crew — a team that runs it

We build the connection, and operational responsibility stays with us, not in your queue — code, hosting, monitoring, and the fix when a vendor changes an API.

What we add on top

The rules, and the record.

An iPaaS moves data — that's the job it's built for. It doesn't decide whether a refund needs approval, or keep the record of who approved it. Rules and the record run alongside every integration — refund limits and return windows enforced the same way no matter who, or what, takes the action.

The honest answer

When Celigo — or another iPaaS — is the better fit.

  • You already have an engineer or ops hire who owns integrations

If someone on your team wants to build and maintain the flows themselves, a self-service iPaaS is exactly what it's for.

  • You want to configure it yourself

Celigo's flow builder is built for teams who'd rather own the configuration than hand it off.

  • Your integration needs are narrow and stable

A single flow that rarely changes doesn't need a team running it — it needs someone to build it once.

  • You want the connectors, not the operations

If moving data between systems is the whole job — no approvals, no exception queue, no audit trail — an iPaaS is a complete answer on its own.

Questions we get

Do you replace Celigo?

Not necessarily. If it's working, it stays — we build and run what it doesn't cover, and put rules and the record on top of everything. See what a takeover includes.

Is Celigo a bad product?

No. It's a widely used, well-established iPaaS for teams that want to own their own integrations. If that's you, it's a reasonable choice — see above.

How is this different from hiring a consultant to build our Celigo flows?

A consultant-built flow is handed to you to maintain. (Celigo's own prebuilt NetSuite–Shopify app is different — Celigo ships those updates, but you still own configuring and monitoring it.) Either way, we keep it running and take responsibility when a system changes.

What does it cost to switch?

The same as any takeover — a fixed price, quoted after a 30-minute stack review. How pricing works.

What happens to our Celigo subscription?

If you keep some Celigo flows, your Celigo subscription stays; if we take over all of them, it goes away and our monthly fee replaces it. We'll show you both numbers in the stack review.

Can we keep some Celigo flows and hand you the rest?

Yes. It's common to keep a flow that's working and hand us the ones that keep breaking, or the ones that need a rule and a record on top. We map that split in the stack review.
